Before MDM and/or ABM is released ensure
- The customer is aware that by releasing the iPad from SALIDO MDM, SALIDO is unable to complete advanced troubleshooting with this iPad. Additionally we are unable to perform any recovery of the iPad including activation locks.
- The iPad has been signed out of any iTunes account. Once released we cannot recover the iPad if access to the iTunes account is not available.
- The iPad Passcode (if set) is known. Once released we cannot recover the iPad if the passcode is forgotten or unknown.
- Ensure that each iPad it is connected to the internet

After MDM and ABM are released perform the following steps
- Once these steps are completed the iPad should receive the release command and be ready for Factory Reset your iPads
