Credit Card refunds are issued directly from the SALIDO POS during the current Business Day. After the close of the Business Day, the SALIDO Support Team is able to issue credit card refunds directly on the Payment Gateway. Please be advised that refunds issued on the Payment Gateway after the close of the Business Day will not retroactively populate in SALIDO Reports.

To request a credit card refund after the close of the Business Day, please email the following details to SALIDO Support (support@salido.com).
The SALIDO Support Team will process your request and provide confirmation of the transaction.

- Date of Transaction: Month, Date, Year
- Amount to be Refunded: $XX.XX
- Type of Credit Card and Last Four Digits: AmEx / Visa / MasterCard XXXX
