SALIDO offers integrated Gift Card solutions in partnership with Factor4, and maintains legacy support for merchants using The Customer Connection (TCC), Stored Value Solutions (SVS), and Paytronix.
On the Point of Sale, users add and manipulate Gift Card payments to checks in much the same manner as credit card payments.

NOTE: Gift Card payments can only be adjusted on the SALIDO POS one (1) time. Any additional adjustments or debits beyond the one allowed adjustment must be performed directly through the Gift Card Provider and will not appear in SALIDO reporting.

Refund a Gift Card Payment (return to top)
Gift Card Payments can be refunded on the SALIDO POS during the same Business Day. Past the close of the Business Day refunds must be processed via the Gift Card Provider.
