Overview
New and improved SALIDO Online Ordering! Guests can now sign for their orders when they pickup their orders!
Improvements
How does it work?
- After a guest places their order using the SOLO page, the order will be sent to the restaurant.
- After the order is prepared and completed by the restaurant the check will be accessible on the SALIDO POS Terminal
Note: The order must be marked as done before a receipt can be printed.

- Locate a SALIDO POS terminal
- Use (6) Digit Employee Pin to login
- Navigate to the Home Screen
- Select 'Checks' Tile

- In the top left, swap to the 'SOLO' Revenue Center
- Toggle the Check Status to 'Closed'
|
|
- Locate the check by Guest Name or check number
Note: If you need to find the Guest name or Check Number you can refer to the Prep ticket or lookup the check on the SALIDO Bridge under SOLO Orders

- Select The check
- There are (3) Options from this point
- Void Check
- Print Check
- and Dismiss, which backs out to the Check screen
|
|
- The physical receipt now includes the Cardholder brand and the last 4 of the Credit Card
- The physical receipt includes a line for the guest to sign. This will help legitimize the transaction on behalf of the merchant in the event of a fraudulent chargeback request.

Note: The passing of the Cardholder's last 4 and Card Brand is the discretion of the Card Issuer and entry type. Not all Card Issuers choose to allow that data to pass to the POS.
