Local Printing dynamically routes one or more Prep Station(s) to the receipt printer assigned to the Terminal from which an order is placed. Local Printing can be combined with standard Prep Station routing and is commonly used to create marking tickets for support staff or wine service tickets for a beverage team. To enable Local Printing, connect Prep Stations to the Local Printer Prep Device demarked with a dotted line at the top of a Prep Profile.

Route a Prep Station to a Local Printer

NOTE: This is the same mechanism covered in Edit a Prep Profile to connect a Prep Station to a Prep Device

Select Settings from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Prep Profiles from the dropdown
Select a Prep Profile
Click within a Prep Station box and drag and drop the line to the Local Printer box at the top of the list of Prep Devices Repeat as necessary to connect more than one Prep Station
Select Save
