Prep Ticket routing is created by connecting Prep Stations to Prep Devices in the Prep Profile configuration. Prep Profiles are then assigned to Revenue Centers to accommodate different routing needs from different parts of a restaurant.

Depending on restaurant needs, Prep Profiles may need to be manually assigned or "rolled over" based on Day Part or other workflows to achieve desired printer routing. Prep Profiles can be assigned from both the SALIDO Bridge and the SALIDO POS.

Assign a Prep Profile to a Revenue Center via the SALIDO Bridge (recommended)

Select Settings from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Revenue Centers from the dropdown
Select a Revenue Center
Select Prep Profile
Select a Prep Profile from the list
Select Save

Temporarily assign a Prep Profile to a Revenue Center from the SALIDO POS (not recommended)

NOTE: Prep Profiles are assigned by Revenue Center. Changing the Prep Profile from a single Terminal will impact all Terminals in that Terminal's Default Revenue Center.

Select Settings from the SALIDO POS Main Menu
Select Prep Profiles
Select a Prep Profile from the list
Select the Three Bars to return to the SALIDO Main Menu or the Lock Button to return to the SALIDO Home Screen
