When items or checks are voided within SALIDO the POS will prompt for a Void Reason. If a Void Reason is no longer needed it should be archived to prevent future use.
NOTE: Void Reasons exist at the Organization level within SALIDO. This means each Location within an Organization can access these Void Reasons if needed. Please keep this in mind when archiving Void Reasons as another location may use them.
NOTE: Please refrain from simply renaming a Void Reason as this will also change the Void Reason name within historical reports. We suggest archiving and creating a new Void Reason as archiving will not affect historical reports.
