If a Payment Method is no longer relevant to your business, we recommend archiving the Payment Method to prevent future use. 

NOTE: All Payment Methods have the option to be archived. Please be conscious when archiving Payment Methods that are not Custom Payments (ie. Visa and Amex) as you will not be able to accept those payments while the Payment Method is archived.

NOTE: Payment Methods can be shared across Locations, please be mindful of this while archiving Payment Methods as it may affect other Locations.  If a Payment Method needs to be removed from a single Location only, we recommend using the “Location” toggle checkboxes on the individual Payment Method page.

Archive a Payment Method

Select Payments from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Payment Methods from the dropdown
Click the three dots on the Payment Method and select Edit
Select the red Archive button
Payment Method has been archived!

Restore a Payment Method

Select Setup from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Payment Methods from the dropdown
Toggle from Active to Archived
Click the three dots on the Payment Method and select Edit
Select the red Restore button
Payment Method has been restored!
