Enable Digital Signature to use a Terminal touchscreen to collect digital signatures for Credit Card payments in lieu of physical signatures on printed receipts. Digital Signature is enabled by Preference Profile and is often combined with Quick Service Workflow and Enable Quick Close.

Enable Digital Signature (return to top)

Login to the SALIDO Bridge and select Settings from the left navigation
Select Preference Profiles from the dropdown
Choose a Preference Profile
Select Card Payments
Toggle ON Customer signs digitally Once toggled ON, (2) lines will populate underneath, Define Tip Percentage, & No Tip Define Tip Percentages (percentages can be changed by clicking on the number) 18%  20%  22%  Custom No Tip (will allow a customer/guest to not leave a tip if they choose not to)
Select Save from the bottom right of the screen.

Open a check and select Pay
Select + Credit Card
Add and Authorize Payment(s)	If Quick Close is NOT enabled, Select Auth, then Tap, Dip, or Swipe a credit card when the card reader status indicator displays Card Reader Ready or tap Manual Entry. If Quick Close IS enabled, Select Split with other payment methods or Authorize and Close Check
Wait for Authorization to Complete.
Rotate or flip the Terminal display to be Guest-facing
Guest Selects Tip Amount or No Tip
Guest Signs on screen
Guest Selects Done Signing
Guest Selects a Receipt Option
Optional Guest enters a phone number if Text was selected, or an email address if Email was selected for receipt delivery
Rotate or flip the Terminal display to be Employee-facing
If Quick Close is NOT enabled, Add additional payments or Close Check
