Archive a Revenue Category

Revenue Categories are the broadest reporting category for Menu Items. If a Revenue Category is no longer needed, it should be archived.

NOTE: Please refrain from simply renaming a Revenue Category as this will also change the Revenue Category name within historical reports. We suggest archiving and creating a new Revenue Category as archiving will not affect historical reports.

To Archive a Revenue Category

Select Setup from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Revenue Categories from the dropdown
Click the three dots on the Revenue Category and select Edit
Select the red Archive button NOTE: A Revenue Category cannot be archived if it is in use by an active Menu Item Category. Revenue Categories are located at an Organizational level. Please only archive a Revenue Category if you are sure there are no Locations in the Organization using it.
Revenue Category has been archived!

To Unarchive a Revenue Category

Select Setup from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Revenue Categories from the dropdown
Toggle from Active to Archived
Click the three dots on the Revenue Category and select Edit
Select the red Restore button
Revenue Category has been restored!
