Enable Smart Tipping in Preference Profiles to provide guests with fixed dollar amount tipping options instead of dynamic percentage-based amounts on the Digital Signature prompt when the transaction amount is less than a user-defined threshold.

NOTE: Smart Tipping must be combined with Customer signs digitally and Allow customers to add a tip.

Enable Smart Tipping

Select Settings from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Preference Profiles from the dropdown
Select a Preference Profile
Select Card Payments
Toggle ON Smart Tipping
Enter a Dollar Amount Threshold under which Smart Tipping is triggered See examples below
Select Save
