Enable Prompt for Label

Enable Prompt for Label to start each check with a Guest Label. This feature is controlled via Preference Profiles and is commonly used in Quick Service environments to add each Guest's name to their order to facilitate pickup. Combine with Show Check Identifier to reflect the Guest Label on the Guest Receipt.

Select Settings from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Preference Profiles from the dropdown
Select a Preference Profile
Select Checks
Select the Prompt for Label dropdown
or Select Disabled Users are not Prompted to enter a Guest Label when a check is created
or Select Optional Users are Prompted to enter a Guest Label when a check is created but can bypass the screen See Prompt for Label Workflow — Optional
or Select Required Users required to enter a Guest Label when a check is created See Prompt for Label Workflow — Required
Select Save

Prompt for Label Workflow - Optional

Start a Check from the Floor Plan or Checks View
Optional Use the keyboard to enter a Guest Label
Select Done
A new Check is created with the Guest Label!

Use the keyboard to enter a Guest Label NOTE: Done is disabled until a Guest Label is provided

A new Check is created with the Guest Label!
