Rehire an Employee

Just as Employees who leave the Organization should be Archived, those who return after a period of absence can easily be re-hired via a similar mechanism.

NOTE: As a security precaution, Brands and/or Locations must be explicitly added to a rehired Employee's Employee Profile (see Steps 7-11 below) before they will be able to access either the SALIDO POS or Bridge.

Select Employees from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Employees from the dropdown
Select the Archived tab
Locate the Employee and select the Three Dots icon
Select Edit from the dropdown
Select Restore
Select the Active tab
Locate the Employee and select the Three Dots icon
Select Edit from the dropdown
Locate the Locations section and select Add Location
Select Level and choose Brand or Location from the dropdown
Select Name and choose a Brand or Location from the dropdown
Repeat Steps 9 through 11 as necessary for additional Brands or Locations
Select Save
