Employees are created and managed on the SALIDO Bridge at an Organization-wide level. An Employee Profile contains an Employee's Position, Pay Rate, and the Brand(s) and/or Location(s) to which they have access. Each Employee's Personal Identification Number (PIN) is assigned in the Employee Profile, as well as an email address for team members with access to the SALIDO Bridge.
NOTE: Permissions, as defined by an Employee’s Position and its associated Role(s), will be applicable across all Brands and Locations to which an Employee has access. See Positions vs. Roles for more information.
Create an Employee Profile:

c. Optional Enter an email address NOTE: An email address is required if the Employee will have access to the SALIDO Bridge
d. Choose a 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) NOTE: Required if the Employee will have access to the SALIDO POS
e. Optional Enter the alphanumeric code from the back of a SALIDO Employee Card
f. Select if Employee is FLSA Status Exempt or Non-Exempt*
