Add a Brand or Location to an Employee Profile

There are some situations where an Organization will share employees across Brands or Locations. In order to do so, the Brand or Location needs to be added to the employee's profile.

Add a Brand or Location to an Employee Profile:

Click Employees from the Bridge menu, and select Employees
Click the three dots next to the employee and select Edit
In the Locations section, select Add Location
Select the Level drop-down and choose Brand or Location NOTE: If choosing a Brand, the employee will have access to all Locations within that Brand
Select the Name drop-down and choose the name of the Brand or Location
Press Save
The employee will now have access to the Brand or Location
