Enable Quick Service Workflow

Quick Service Workflow enables the SALIDO POS to automatically open a new check in the same Revenue Center when a check is closed to streamline order taking in high-volume environments. Quick Service Workflow is enabled in Preference Profiles, which are applied to Terminals by Location.

Quick Service Workflow is commonly combined with Quick Close and Digital Signature.

 

Enable Quick Service Workflow

  1. Select Settings from the SALIDO Bridge Main Menu and select Preference Profiles from the dropdown

  1. Select a Preference Profile

  1. Select Checks

  1. Toggle ON Quick Service Workflow

  1. Select Save

Quick Service Workflow on the SALIDO POS

  1. Open a Check on the SALIDO POS and add items

  1. Add Payment to reduce the balance due to zero

  1. Select Close Check

  1. A new check opens!
