When a new SALIDO KDS Display is added to the Bridge configuration, the device profile needs to be claimed on an iPad before putting the KDS into service in the restaurant. Contact an Account Manager or SALIDO Support—support@salido.com or +1 (855) 879-7595—to obtain a direct download link for the SALIDO KDS app before proceeding.
Once the SALIDO KDS app has been downloaded, Trust the SALIDO Enterprise Developer Certificate in iOS Settings and Claim a Device as a KDS Display.
