A yellow credit card symbol in the top right of the SALIDO Home Screen indicates the app does not recognize the .
The card reader may have come loose from the Lightning port of the iPad or been intentionally disconnected. Please ensure the physical connection is secure by disconnecting and reconnecting the card reader.
Additionally, from time to time, an iPad may fail to recognize peripheral devices such as the MagTek iDynamo despite being physically connected. Please restart the iPad.
