Archive Menu Items when they are no longer available to prevent them from being ordered. Restore (or unarchive) those Menu Items if and when they become available again (e.g. seasonal items).
WARNING: Menu Items are created and managed at the Brand level—i.e. all Locations within a Brand have access to the same Menu Items. Please use caution when archiving Menu Items to avoid unintended impact to other Locations.
NOTE: Archiving Menu Items from the Bridge after they have been ordered from the POS can cause app instability when accessing the Status & Reports section of the POS. As best practice, always archive Menu Items before the day's service begins.
