Schedule an Order

Schedule an order in advance to generate a Prep Ticket indicating the pickup time and/or the time at which an order should be prepared.

Before scheduling an order, ensure the Order Type is configured to enable scheduled orders and the appropriate Preference Profile is configured to reflect Scheduled at and/or Prep at times on Prep Tickets.

 

Schedule an Order

  1. Start a check and add items

  1. Select Label and Covers

  1. Toggle ON Schedule Order

  1. Use the keypad to enter a Scheduled for time
 004_Schedule_an_Order.png
  1. Select AM or PM

  1. Optional Use the keypad to adjust the Prep Time (in minutes)

    NOTE: Default Prep Time is defined by Order Type

  1. Select Schedule

  1. Select Save/Send

    NOTE: Prep Tickets are generated at the time the order is placed, not when the order is Scheduled.

  1. Prep Tickets reflect the Scheduled at and/or Prep at times, depending on Preference Profile configuration.
