The price of individual items can be overridden on the POS on a case-by-case basis by users with the appropriate level of access.
A Price Override is useful when a single piece of product needs to incur a different price but does not warrant a net-new Menu Item. For example, one 28 oz. Ribeye is available to "hand sell" for a lower price than the standard 36 oz. available on the menu.
