1. Select Menu Manager from the SALIDO Bridge main navigation and Select Menu Item Categories from the drop-down

2. Select Create New

3. Name the Menu Item Category

4. Select a Revenue Category from the drop-down menu

5. Optional Add Modifier Groups

a. Select Add Modifier Group

b. Click in the Select a Modifier Group field

c. Choose a Modifier Group from the drop-down

d. Toggle Prompt > On or Off

• Prompt On Will automatically display the Modifier Group upon selecting any item from this Menu Item Category from the SALIDO POS
• Prompt Off Will not automatically display the Modifier Group. Modifiers will remain accessible in the background by selecting a Menu Item from the Check View Screen of the SALIDO POS

e. Repeat Steps 5a through 5d as necessary to add additional Modifier Groups

6. Select Save in the bottom right
