Apply an Item Level Discount

Item Level Discounts are applied to individual Menu Items by any user with the appropriate level of access.

Open a check on the SALIDO POS and select a Menu Item from the Ordered Item List
Select Discounts
Select a Discount from the list
If prompted, enter a Note to indicate specific details relevant to the application of the Discount NOTE: Discount Notes appear in SALIDO Reports, but do not appear on Guest Receipts
Confirm the Discount line item on the Menu Item in the Ordered Item List

Check Level Discounts are applied to entire checks by any user with the appropriate level of access.

Open a check on the SALIDO POS and select Discounts from the Check Action Drawer
Select a Discount from the prompt
If prompted, enter a Note to indicate specific details relevant to the application of the Discount NOTE: Discount Notes appear in SALIDO Reports, but do not appear on Guest Receipts
Confirm the Discount line item in the Check Action Drawer
