Reopen a Closed Check

Closed Checks can be reopened on the SALIDO POS during the same Business Day. Checks cannot be re-opened or adjusted after the close of the Business Day. For credit card refunds after the close of the Business Day, please contact SALIDO Support at support@salido.com.

Enter an Employee PIN to log in to the SALIDO POS
Navigate to the Checks View Select Checks from the SALIDO Main Menu or Select the Stack of Checks Icon from the Floorplan View
If the Check Number is known, enter it directly in the Search Checks field at the far right
If the Check Number is not known: Toggle to the appropriate Revenue Center from the top-left drop-down Select the Check Status drop-down menu (defaults to Open) Select Closed from the Check Status pop-up Use the Employee and Order Type drop-downs to filter the list of results as needed
Select a check from the list
Review the check preview on the screen to confirm details
Select the appropriate action from the bottom of the screen: Print a copy of the Closed Check receipt Dismiss the preview without re-opening the check or Reopen Check
Take action as needed on the re-opened check!
