The October 2020 Configuration and Firmware update for the BBPOS 3-in-1 Card Reader includes stability and performance upgrades to improve the overall user experience.
NOTE: Please perform all updates before service and allow fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes per device. Please be patient and do not skip any steps!
Before performing the Configuration and Firmware Updates below, please update the SALIDO Point of Sale to version 5.20.0 when prompted.

WARNING:
- Update will not begin if BBPOS battery is below 50%
- Do not close the app at any time during the update process
- Both the Configuration and Firmware must be updated before processing payments

Still Having Trouble?
Force Close the SALIDO Point of Sale app and start again:
- Double Click the iPad Home Button
- Swipe SALIDO up toward the top of the screen when the apps snap into a grid
- Relaunch SALIDO and return to Step 1
