SALIDO App Troubleshooting

 

 

 

If the SALIDO app is behaving unexpectedly with unidentified notifications:

1. Restart the app:

  • Close the app - double click the iPad Home Button, swipe up on the SALIDO app 
  • Open the app by selecting the SALIDO App icon 

2. Force Restart iPad:

  • Simultaneously press and hold iPad Home Button and the iPad Power Button until the Apple icon appears in the middle of your screen and iPad Reboots

If this does not resolve, contact support@SALIDO.com, and visit If an app installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open for additional resources.
