1. To void a Menu Item from your Order Screen:
- Select Menu Item
- Tap
in the center of Order Screen
- Authorization may be required
- Select a reason
2. To void an entire check from the Order Screen:
- Tap the
in the Check Action Drawer
- Authorization may be required
- Select a reason
3. If a void may not be completed due to an "Active Payment" error, you must first review and remove payment before voiding the check
