If the app is not behaving as it should:
1. Restart the app:
- Double press the iPad Home Button
- Swipe up on the SALIDO app
- Tap SALIDO app icon to open
2. Force Restart iPad: simultaneously press and hold iPad Home Button and the iPad Power Button until the Apple icon appears in the middle of your screen and iPad Reboots
3. If iPad is Connected to the Network and this does not resolve, contact support@SALIDO.com
