Voids

 

 

 

1. To void a Menu Item from your Order Screen:  

  • Select Menu Item 
  • Tap  in the center of Order Screen 
  • Authorization may be required
  • Select a reason 

2. To void an entire check from the Order Screen: 

  • Tap the in the Check Action Drawer
  • Authorization may be required 
  • Select a reason

3. If a void may not be completed due to an "Active Payment" error, you must first Refund or Void Payment
